Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the forex industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our client base and revenue streams.
- Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, introducing them to our services, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Providing insights and feedback to enhance our products and services based on client feedback and market demands.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the forex industry.
- In-depth knowledge of forex trading platforms, products, and services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Own database of High Net worth (HNW) Individuals is a must.
