Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop marketing strategies aligned to business objectives across different platforms.
- Manage and monitor the overall activities and ongoing improvement of Marketing Communications.
- Lead the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff.
- Analyse financial aspects of the marketing and communications department.
- Plan and execute well-performing campaigns, conferences, and workshops to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
- Evaluate the performance of the marketing campaigns.
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- MBA in Marketing/Bachelors in Business Administration.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing within the ICT Industry.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Creative thinker, with strong leadership and communication skills.
