We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Van Salesman/Lady for our plastic and packaging products division. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in achieving sales targets within your designated area while promoting our brand image and market reputation.

Responsibilities:

- Guide the company van to various trade channels to sell plastic and packaging products.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.

- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.

- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.

- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.

- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Monthly Salary:

2000 AED fixed salary + 5% commission on sales

Skills

- Previous experience in sales (minimum 3 years), preferably in the plastic and packaging industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong negotiation and sales skills.Flexibility to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

- Be literate in reading and writing; additional education or training in sales or business is a plus.

- Skilled to use computer programs such as ERP and Excel.

- Language: English & Arabic. Urdu is a plus.
