Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services and secure sales appointments.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager or team leader.
Update customer information and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers and address any concerns or issues.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and outgoing personality.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
