What You Will Do:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and retention through personalized engagement.
- Meet financial objectives by effectively upselling and controlling discounts, striving to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and service requirements, guiding them through the entire service process to ensure their Marine engines /Boat is fixed right the first time.
- Coordinate closely with the workshop/Field Team to provide timely progress updates on Marine engines /Boat servicing, keeping customers informed and maintaining on-time delivery commitments.
- Provide detailed explanations of all work performed and associated costs to customers upon Marine Engines/Boats delivery, emphasizing the value-added services provided.
- Efficiently manage customer complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution to enhance Customer Service Value.
- Adhere rigorously to all Standard Operating Procedures, Company policies, and Dealer Programs to uphold consistency in the customer experience.
- Ask Question and record customer requests without delay
- Collect accurate symptoms of complaints from the customer for quick resolutions at workshop.
- Promotion of value added services.
Skills
Required Skills for Success:
- Proficiency in MS Office, with preferred knowledge of SAP.
- Strong customer handling skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in conversational Arabic and English speaking.
- Technical proficiency and sound product and process knowledge.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the Marine/Automobile industry, preferably in a similar service role.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Mechanical/Marine Engineering (Preferred ).
About the team:
- The role will report to the National Aftersales Manager and you will be working in a busy workshop environment wherein you will be dealing directly with Customers, Workshop Supervisor, Controller, and Foreman & Technicians in a daily basis.
