Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out and approach potential customers to present our products or services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand customer needs and preferences and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable to both the customer and the company.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors’ activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers.
Follow up on sales leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding customer base.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the UAE market.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive to achieve results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
