As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our digital marketing services to potential clients.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects and leads to promote our digital marketing services.

2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead generation.

3. Understand client requirements and offer customized digital marketing solutions to meet their needs.

4. Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.

7. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

8. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Compensation

· Salary 2000 AED per month.

· Target: 20000 AED billing per month

· Commission: 1% of total billing

Requirements

· Proven experience of minimum 2 years.

· Must have your own valid UAE visa. No other benefits provided.

· Must have your own laptop.

· Must have a database of potential clients and leads.

· Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

· Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
