Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities

Managing Inventory in the UAE:

  • Ensure the integrity of stocks at all times.
  • Maintain the quality of stocks to prevent customer rejections.
  • Monitor stock levels closely and trigger replenishment when necessary.
  • Provide regular visibility to relevant stakeholders (supply, finance, operations).
  • Coordinate the collection of devices/materials from suppliers to maintain stock levels.End-to-End Fulfillment Process:
  • Prepare devices for shipment (cleaning, adequate packaging) as soon as transactions are confirmed.
  • Collect and document all necessary customer information for device receipt.
  • Coordinate with selected logistics providers for shipping support and manage the clearance process,
  • Manage returns efficiently to ensure safe collection of devices back into inventory.

Good communication skills

Good business acumen Hard working and outcome oriented Flexible and responsive Comfortable with Excel and using dashboards.

Ability to drive daily between Dubai and Sharjah

Experience with electronics is a plus
