1.Develop excellent relationships with external stakeholders to ensure that Registered Training Providers develop an excellent and in-depth understanding of process of offering National qualifications, the submission processes and submission requirements.

2. Assess staff capacity of Registered Training Providers (RTP's) and approve Qualifications that RTP's staff is allowed to offer.

3. Provide appropriate advice and guidance to the Registered Training Providers on all qualifications offered by their centre and verify the technical requirements associated with designing qualifications, rating qualifications and programme compilation and accreditation.

4. Lead in the provision of training and support, though a programme of seminars and workshops, to inform RTP's on the UAE National Qualification structures, processes and procedures.

5. Operating the administration and delivery of Qualifications offered by Registered Training Providers for quality assuring the process of offering quality programmes.

6. Support the External Verifier in ensuring that approval conditions and policy requirements are being consistently and effectively implemented by RTP's and recommend continuous improvement initiatives for vendors undertaking qualifications development, delivery and issuance.

7. Document the results achieved as per the excellence award requirements.

8. Develop and implement innovative practices.

9. Comply with EHS Policies, Programs and Procedures as per ACTVET EHSMS-General Framework and take responsibility for any aspect of EHS that they are involved in.

10. Any additional task as required.

Skills

1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of vocational educational qualifications, programmes, assessment, verification and external verification.

2. Demonstrated knowledge of technical requirements of qualification development, rating qualification and programme compilation and accreditation.

3. Demonstrated ability to guide and support Registered Training Providers to deliver and assess quality programmes.

4. Knowledge of external verification visits, audits and recording mechanisms to drive quality initiatives for stakeholders.

5. Ability to use project management tools to manage projects

6. Demonstrate ability to communicate locally and internationally with stakeholders.

7. Demonstrate a knowledge of the socio economic issues that influence skills sectors and qualifications.

8. Initiate, implement and sustain improvements within a team environment, as well as the ability to work flexibly and cooperatively as a member of a team.


Education Requirements:


-Internationally recognized Bachelor degree in Business, Training or Educational Management or professional

-qualification in a business field.

-Master's degree is preferable


Experience Requirements:


Minimum 7 years' experience, in industry, in either a commercial quality assurance, quality control commercial, educational or training environment.
