We are looking for a Regional HR Manager to join our client in Dubai, UAE. As a Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR activities for our organization in the region. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective management of our workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Manage employee performance appraisal process and provide feedback and coaching to employees and managers.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
