Our company is seeking a talented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to assist us as we grow our brand by planning, implementing and managing our social media presence and organisation’s online presence. We are looking for someone who is creative, has vision and a good eye and attention to details. They will further demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and have experience and an interest in data analysis. Understanding the target audience is a further key and having a firm grasp on community engagement methods and best practices.

We have successfully completed numerous projects over the past seven years both designing and delivering; luxury apartment projects, villas, restaurants and hotels in various part of the globe.

As a result of high market demand and a growing number of clients in the Asian region we have now opened our new branch in Dubai and hence seeking bright and passionate individuals who are enthusiastic to join our company and help in building our UAE team and office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the company’s social media strategy.
  • Develop and curate creative and high-quality media content to upload across the different platforms.
  • Monitor impressions , reach, hashtags and trends.
  • Leverage social media trends to advertise and highlight different ongoing activities of the company.
  • Engage and interact with leads and prospect customers.
  • Setting and tracking KPIs for social media activities and measuring performance against set KPIs.
  • Acquiring, analysing and reporting on analytics and concluding with practical results as well as database creation.
  • Use SEO analysis tools and software to track customer satisfaction, engagement, and ROI, suggesting appropriate optimization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Manage ads campaigns for the company
  • Manage web-sites, Instagram, Facebook, Behance, TikTok, LinkedIn accounts etc. of the company
  • Creating company presentations, templates
  • Curating all company marketing materials

Education, Experience Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic professional with a keen understanding of social media evaluation metrics using relevant online software and tools.
  • Proficient in collaborating with relevant professionals to develop successful social media campaigns.
  • Proven track record of work experience and published content as a writer, blogger, or social media handler.
  • Solid Knowledge and understanding of marketing analytic tools, SEO/SEM and web traffic metrics.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
  • Efficient in exchanging knowledge through written and informal discussions with colleagues and senior management.
  • Fluent English language is A MUST!
  • Proficient with office programs
  • We will need to see a proven portfolio of previous accounts managed.
