We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Services Clerk to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. As a Membership Services Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our members and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities:
- Process membership applications and maintain accurate member records in the database.
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and accurate information.
- Assist with membership renewals, including sending reminders and processing payments.
- Coordinate member events, including registration, logistics, and on-site support.
- Prepare and distribute member communications, such as newsletters and event invitations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of member retention strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless member experiences.
- Conduct member satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in membership services.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with membership management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus.
