As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be a vital part of our team.

Your role involves providing valuable advice to clients seeking to buy or sell properties.

Whether you’re assisting first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, your expertise will guide them through the real estate journey.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and financial concerns.


Property Listings: Maintain an extensive database of available properties for sale.


Value Enhancement: Develop strategies to increase property value for sellers.


Negotiations: Conduct negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.


Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, demographics, and relevant information affecting real estate transactions.


Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening, addressing their concerns, and providing expert guidance.


Paperwork Management: Oversee and handle necessary paperwork in collaboration with the Sales Manager.

Skills

  • Excellent communication in ENGLISH is a MUST (Writing, reading and speaking)


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Strong interpersonal abilities.


  • Good negotiation skills and financial acumen.


  • Familiarity with real estate rules and regulations.


  • Working hours : from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM . 
  • Saturday and Sunday off
