Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars.
- Making the necessary arrangements for meetings between departments and or between the organization and the clients.
- Compiling office records and updating the files.
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed.
- Updates information of employees in HR database on daily basis and monitors any expiries of visas, labour cards, passports, and licenses.
- Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of the office to include maintenance, and cleanness.
- Liaises with the governmental bodies and authorities when needed.
- Negotiates with vendors to obtain optimum quality, cost, terms etc.
- Compiles documents for smooth onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintains accurate filing system and control documentation
- Managing all accounting transactions.
- Compiles daily report and weekly progress report.
- Respond and greet visitors in a welcoming and efficient manner.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 Per Month
