Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant - Immediate Joiner - Contract Duration - 4 months

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our team and drive the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for our clients. As a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives, and then design, configure, and deploy tailored CRM solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform. You will leverage your expertise in CRM best practices, business analysis, and technical skills to deliver high-quality solutions that enable our clients to optimize their sales, marketing, and customer service processes.


Contract Duration: 4 months


Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM implementations.

• Design and architect custom CRM solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform to meet client needs.

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules, entities, workflows, forms, and views.

• Develop and implement integrations with other systems and data sources using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and other integration tools.

• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity during CRM deployments.

• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to implement customizations and extensions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services.

• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and end-user training sessions.

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions post-deployment.

• Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices in Dynamics 365 CRM.


Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for enterprise clients.

• Strong understanding of CRM concepts, processes, and best practices.

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM modules, entities, workflows, and business rules.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Familiarity with Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

• Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration) are a plus.
