We are looking for a talented Azure Chatbot Consultant to join our team and help us deliver cutting-edge conversational AI solutions on the Azure platform. As an Azure Chatbot Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design, develop, and deploy chatbots that enhance customer experiences and streamline business processes. You will leverage Azure Bot Service, Azure Cognitive Services, and other Azure technologies to create intelligent, natural language processing chatbots that meet and exceed client expectations.

Contract Duration: 4 months

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business objectives for chatbot implementations.

• Design conversational AI solutions leveraging Azure Bot Service and Azure Cognitive Services.

• Develop and customize chatbot functionalities to meet specific use cases and business requirements.

• Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) capabilities using Azure technologies.

• Integrate chatbots with existing systems, databases, and APIs to enable seamless interactions and data retrieval.

• Test and validate chatbot functionalities to ensure accuracy, reliability, and usability.

• Deploy chatbots into production environments on Azure and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

• Provide training and documentation to clients and internal teams on chatbot usage and best practices.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in conversational AI technologies and Azure services.

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying chatbots using Azure Bot Service or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript.

• Strong understanding of (LLM ) And (NLP) concepts and techniques.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Cognitive Services, including Language Understanding (LUIS) and Text Analytics.

• Experience integrating chatbots with backend systems and APIs using Azure Functions or similar technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

• Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) are a plus
