Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting:
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare annual budgets and forecasts based on thorough analysis of financial data.
  • Perform costing analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to assess potential outcomes.
  1. Internal Audit:
  • Lead and execute internal audit activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to address key areas of risk.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and internal control enhancements.
  1. Management Information System (MIS):
  • Develop and maintain an effective MIS to provide timely and accurate financial information to management.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and financial metrics.
  1. Cash Management:
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital efficiency.
  • Monitor banking activities and ensure compliance with cash management policies.
  1. Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
  1. Tax Management:
  • Manage VAT and corporate tax compliance, including timely filing and payment of taxes.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  1. Team Management:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • CA/ACCA qualification or finalist status.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Mandatory Big 4 experience in audit or internal audit.
  • Expertise in Zoho, Tally, or any other ERP software.
  • Advanced Excel analytics skills.
  • Willingness to work additional hours as required to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
