Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Post-Tensioning Design Lead with 8-10 years of experience in Post-Tensioning or Structural Design. 

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee a team of designers and draftsmen, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of efficient designs. 

Additionally, you will play a key role in preparing accurate tender pricing, optimizing cost-effective solutions, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to deliver precise, efficient Post-Tensioning (PT) designs within project deadlines.
• Collaborate with contractors, clients, and consultants to align designs with project specifications and contractual obligations.
• Prepare accurate and competitive tender pricing for PT projects.
• Develop cost-effective design solutions to optimize PT and RC rates while meeting financial targets.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai and Abu Dhabi authority standards for PT design.
• Oversee detailed design documentation and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead a team of designers and draftsmen, fostering a productive and positive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, with proven leadership in design teams.
• Dubai-approved PT/Design Engineer certification (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi authority regulations for PT design.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., RAM Concept, ETABS, SAFE) and MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated expertise in tender pricing for PT projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
