We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets. Building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth end-to-end sales processes.
This role also involves handling secondary responsibilities such as payment collection and basic administrative support, making multitasking skills essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on sales leads and close deals in a timely manner.
- Collect payments from clients and ensure timely submission of dues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client communication.
- Keep accurate records of sales, client interactions, and collections.
- Support other sales-related tasks as assigned, including occasional administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (industry-specific experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment collection procedures.
- Must be willing to relocate (employment visa will be provided).
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage (if applicable).
