Job Title: Nail Technician – Gel & Acrylic Specialist

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide professional nail care services with precision and attention to detail, including:
  • Russian dry manicure techniques with cuticle care.
  • Nail extension applications using gel and acrylic systems.
  • Nail sculpting, shaping, and form building (square, almond, coffin, etc.).
  • Refill, overlay, and correction services for previous sets.
  • Nail art application (basic to advanced), using polish, gel paint, and embellishments.
  • Safe removal of gel or acrylic with proper nail protection.
  • Sanitize and maintain tools and the workstation according to hygiene protocols.
  • Recommend aftercare and suitable nail treatments for clients.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Russian manicure and gel/acrylic nail systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing technique and cleanliness.
• Attention to detail and a passion for beauty and precision.
• Excellent hygiene practices and knowledge of sterilization protocols.
• Good communication skills and a client-centered attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage appointments on time.

Working Conditions:
