We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Hair Specialist to join our luxury ladies’ salon. 

The ideal candidate must be experienced in professional hair coloring techniques, treatments, and advanced lightening services, with a strong focus on maintaining hair health and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced hair coloring services including full color, highlights, balayage, lowlights, and color corrections.
• Expertly carry out bleaching, decolorization, and hair lightening using safe and effective techniques.
• Recommend and apply personalized hair treatments, including protein, deep conditioning, and moisture-repair therapies.
• Provide consultations to clients to understand their hair needs and desired results.
• Educate clients on aftercare routines and protective measures to maintain hair health post-treatment.
• Ensure high hygiene standards, cleanliness of tools, and overall work area in compliance with salon policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and new coloring techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hair coloring and hair treatments.
• Strong knowledge of bleach application, toning, and color mixing.
• Understanding of hair structure and how to protect it during chemical processes.
• Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with luxury clients in a high-end salon.
• Training certificates in hair color chemistry, advanced balayage, or treatment protocols.
