About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated Telesales Consultant to join our growing tax consultancy team. If you're a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients

• Present and explain our tax consultancy services effectively

• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage lead follow-ups

• Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• 1+ years of telesales or customer service experience

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Resilient attitude with professional handling of rejections

• Fluency in English (Hindi/Arabic advantageous)

• Willingness to travel as needed (75%)
