- Prepare and submit a discount and complimentary report to the administrator and accountant.
- Manage database of guests including their phone number, email, nationality, and discount categories (if any).
- Coordinate with guests for reservations and managing the same in ServeMe.
- Submit a monthly report of each guest spent and discount who falls in the 20% discount category.
- Manage delivery drivers and delivery orders.
