Job Position:         Tele Sales / Reservation Agent


Papa City Restaurant Lounge and Café are looking for talented, detail-oriented Tele Sales / Reservation agent, who will provide various planning and booking services, including answering guests’ questions, making restaurants reservations, company corporate events, birthday celebrations etc.

To be successful as a Tele Sales / Reservation Agent you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to upsell and have excellent knowledge of deals and packages available to guests.


Roles & Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and record guest’s restaurant reservations and provide fast, efficient, courteous service at all times to the guests.
  • Making advance arrangements for guests to confirm a table for their party or if there is special company meeting set up, food set up including alcoholic beverages, corporate events, celebrations, gatherings.
  • Processing payments and sending confirmation details to guests /customers.
  • Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
  • Selling and promoting reservation restaurants, Lounge services.
  • Answering any questions guests might have about the reservation process.
  • Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing guests of additional services or special packages.
  • Providing support to guests who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
  • Handle common queries or complaints in an efficient way to ensure maintaining the good reputation of the company.
  • Store all the relevant information of a client in a secure digital storage space.
  • Drive a client to purchase specific products or services through apt explanations.

Skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experience working in Tele-sales or Reservations, Call Centers preferably in Restaurants/ Club and Bar hospitality industry.
  • Customer-service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • An adroit professional with hands-on expertise in managerial attributes.
  • Ability to solve real-time problems in a professional and calm demeanor.
  • Competent in communicating with clients and offering the required telemarketing assistance.
