Employment: Full Time
  • Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics of a Group of Companies.
  • Continuously review and enhance supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Move inventory and materials across facilities in an efficient manner.
  • Manage relationships with transportation vendors, including contracts and rates negotiation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including dispatch coordinators, to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
  • Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards in warehouse operations.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse / logistics management, preferably in electronics distribution, with 1-2 years managerial experience.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
