WYZ Rent is a boutique short-term property management company based in Dubai, specializing in providing exceptional rental experiences to our clients. We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team with experience in Holiday Homes. The ideal candidate should possess experience in Holiday Homes and property management in Dubai and have an in-depth knowledge of the Hostaway platform.

Job Description: As the Operations Specialist at WYZ Rent you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our Holiday Homes business. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient functioning of our properties and utilize your expertise in the Hostaway platform to streamline our operations. You will work closely with our property owners, guests, and team members to deliver outstanding service and ensure the success of our short-term rental properties.

Other than the base salary, you will be eligible to get a commission for every apartment you are able to bring on board for 1,500 AED each.

Responsibilities:

Hostaway Platform Expertise:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience working with the Hostaway platform.
• Expertise in setting up and managing property listings, calendars, and rates on Hostaway.
• Proficiency in resolving technical issues and optimizing the platform for maximum efficiency.

Property Management:

• Coordinate property turnovers, including cleaning, maintenance, and restocking.
• Ensure properties are presented in immaculate condition for incoming guests.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and issues to maintain high guest satisfaction.

Guest Services:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
• Handle guest inquiries and address any concerns or issues during their stay.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of guest reviews and feedback.

Maintenance and Inspections:

• Schedule regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance and repair needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of property maintenance and repair history.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Generate regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and revenue.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth.

Compliance:

• Stay up-to-date with local regulations and compliance requirements for short-term rentals in Dubai.
• Ensure properties meet all legal and safety standards.

Skills

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Holiday Homes in Dubai.
• Expertise in the Hostaway platform and other relevant property management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of local real estate and short-term rental regulations in Dubai is a plus.
