Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our delivery operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time on-site role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our delivery operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of drivers and logistics staff, optimizing delivery routes and schedules, tracking and analyzing delivery performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the food or e-commerce industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven experience managing teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on process improvement
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools, such as warehouse management systems and route optimization software
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Fluent in English
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
