Overview of the role

Join our dynamic team of Kaizen Officers and make a lasting impact on organizations seeking to improve their operational efficiency and achieve exceptional results. As a Kaizen Promoter, you will assist to implement TMC Kaizen Programs in Sales, After Sales and back office in assigned BIT branch to kaizen cultivation for all members. 

 

What you will do

  • Implement 5S and dealer standard audits & training at Sale showroom & Aftersales reception and workshop bay to improve dealer standard level for better customers experience.
  • Assist to implement kaizen by collecting voice of employee and analyse voice of customers for Kaizen actions to improve the process in branch operation.
  • Assist to implement Kaizen action, generate productive time, cost reduction, audit & training on Job explanation to customers, Sales & Aftersales SOP penetration in order to improve quality of services.
  • Assist to Implement weekly BIT meeting with Dealer Principal, Sales & Aftersales Managers to proceed SGA, issue minutes of meeting, and update Rank A weekly action schedule to increase of number of SGAs.
  • Compilation & creation of reports to visualize status of Kaizen activities weekly and present to Toyota Motor Corporation to achieve the same Best in Town goals.


Skills

Required skills to be successful

  • Minimum Experience of 3 – 5 years preferably, in Aftersales as Service Advisor
  • Experience of Toyota Kaizen programmes preferred
  • Ability to learn new programmes and later implement it
  • Excellent communicator


About the team

The role will report to the Head of Best in Town. This position interfaces with various stakeholders in the organization.
