Position: Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
- Manage office inventory
- Maintain day-to-day operations, including basic workplace hygiene
- Ensure adherence to compliance and up to date business registration documents (trade license, establishment card, chamber of commerce)
- Oversee service maintenance contracts
- Serve as the main point of contact for building management
- Schedule and coordinate weekly team meetings
- Be responsible for the planning and booking for company staff cost effective international travel to include flight and hotel bookings, understand visa requirements and transit requirements, health and insurance considerations, etc.
- Manage visa application process for all company management and consultants.
- Maintain records of staff insurance policies and manage renewals in collaboration with individuals.
- Maintain employee database: passport, visa expiry, annual leave records and contact information
- Provide support to the executive team members and company directors as required
Knowledge & Qualifications:
- University Degree or Diploma in Administration or relevant field
Experience:
- Relevant experience in a similar role for 3 - 5 year
Skills and Abilities required:
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Advanced IT and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills.
- Fluent English
- Arabic speaker - Mandatory
- Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision
