Are you a seasoned and dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the poultry industry? We are actively seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Manager for our Chicken Division in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team to not only meet but exceed targets in the sales of poultry products.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges within the UAE poultry industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners, enhancing the company's market presence.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to propel revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and foster a high-performing sales team, ensuring they possess the requisite skills and knowledge.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Deliver precise sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team on a regular basis.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to keep the sales team well-informed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales within the poultry industry, demonstrating a consistent history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Exhibit robust leadership and team management capabilities, inspiring and steering the sales team towards success.
  • Market Knowledge: Possess an in-depth understanding of the poultry market in the UAE, including customer needs, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Results-Oriented: Showcase a results-oriented mindset, with a keen focus on achieving sales goals and targets.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Networking: Prove your ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
