Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of operational, regulatory, commercial matters relating to e-commerce mandates- with focus on consumer and IP protectionSupport the business in understanding and complying with legal and regulatory requirements when launching and operating new products and initiativesReview, draft and negotiate commercial agreements relating to digital and e-commerce platforms Partner with local and international stakeholders across the e-commerce and wider cross-functional teams such as privacy and public policy, setting appropriate priorities and managing legal risk


Profile
Strong academic background, with preference to those with legal qualification in a common law jurisdiction3-6 years post qualification experience with IP, consumer protection and other regulatory requirements within the e-commerce space Preference to those with some in-house experience in an international or industry relevant organisation Solid drafting and negotiation skills with strong presentation and communication skillsOn-the-ground experience will be advantageous
