Atva Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Staff Shuttle Bus Driver to safely transport our valued employees from their accommodation to our location and vice versa. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our staff during their daily commute.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company-provided shuttle bus to transport staff members between designated pick-up and drop-off points.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and handling luggage as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized shuttle bus, conducting routine inspections to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Communicate effectively with the transportation coordinator and other team members to coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.

Skills

• Valid UAE driving license (with a clean driving record).
• Proven experience as a bus driver, preferably in a shuttle or transportation service role.
• Excellent driving skills and a thorough understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly while adhering to schedules.
• A high level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
