Responsibilities:
- The role envisages performing secretarial services for the Chief Executive in addition to performing administrative duties such as organizing files and records, preparing documents, maintaining basic MIS and assistance in HR functions.
The role functions will include:
Manning the front office; Attending and answering phone calls, providing general information about the company, and answering inquiries related to activities conducted by the company and if needed, directing callers to the appropriate personnel.
Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate location and/or personnel.
Attending customer queries and interactions with courtesy and respect.
Ensuring that the reception area, meeting room, MD’s office and common areas are maintained in a clean and tidy manner at all times. Overseeing the general upkeep of the office.
Maintaining and updating calendars and schedule of meetings for MD.
Arrange travel and accommodation for Senior Management.
Providing general administrative support to others line managers in the company.
The role may involve occasional local travel for administrative purposes.
