Product Manager-CPQ Implementation

Responsibilities:

  • Execute our vision to transform into the top digital telecoms operator as part of the overall Ignite product team.
  • Create all documentation and coordinate with the technology teams to launch the agreed CPQ roadmap.
  • Establish new processes to support CPQ across different segments, create features and user stories to ensure a smooth launch and implementation.
  • Align with the BAU Segment on implementation of new pricing tools & processes.
  • Supports the other Ignite team members, e.g. in marketing, sales, customer service etc. to deliver an optimal product experience to the market driven by our new offer.


Technical skills:

  • Required: Essential skills in order to be successful in the role.
  • Pricing experience with a deep knowledge on CPQ implementation.
  • Data Driven Decision making based on data, research and market analysis to inform strategies and roadmaps.
  • Experience of full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and backlog prioritization.
  • Experience of building Digital products with a great Customer Experience.
  • Experience in working with technology teams.
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in market segmentation, successful product launch and roadmap definition, product portfolio management.
  • Experience in requirements definition and interaction with technical departments to jointly develop and launch new propositions in an agile manner.
  • Demonstrated management skills incl. budget and business case forecasting, roadmap planning, team leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Business Management or other relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree.
  • 5+ years of Product Management or Segment Marketing experience.
  • The candidate must be a self-driven leader who can work in a diverse and cross-functional team towards delivering innovative product solutions at a rapid pace. He/she should possess a strong drive for results along with the ability to be flexible and adapt/realign the direction as required in this dynamic technology industry.
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills are essential.
