• Handle incoming calls to answer questions, refer callers to other departments, or transfer them to specialists.
• Receive incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Respond to incoming calls in an appropriate manner, based on call type and content.
• Help customers use the phone system by providing information about rates and services offered by the company.
• Provide customer service to customers through the telephone by taking incoming calls, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems and providing information
