Position: Team Leader – Collection
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of collection professionals
Monitor and manage collection activities to achieve targets
Develop and implement collection strategies and policies
Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and feedback
Collaborate with other departments for effective debt recovery
Prepare and analyze collection reports
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Team Leader in Collections or a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting targets
