Job Description:  

§ Supervise FOH Team on a daily basis to ensure that they are following restaurant policies and procedures as well as following employee scheduling and disciplinary issues.

§ Ensure customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their dining experience and handle customer complaints to resolve any issues promptly.

§ Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, monitoring food and beverage costs, and tracking inventory levels.

§ Help restaurant manager with budget planning, cost analysis, and other financial responsibilities.

§ Responsible for ensuring that the food and beverages meet the restaurant's quality standards, and that they are prepared and presented correctly.

Skills

Qualifications: 

§ Open to Filipino nationals

§ Female, 25 to 40 years old

§ At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant RM or 4 years of experience as a Senior FOH
