Amazon Hub Delivery allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. This is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel, and is on an exponential growth trajectory globally.


Hub Delivery is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to drive world wide process improvements to improve the customer and driver experience.


Key job responsibilities

- Responsible for ownership of key business metrics across all quality metrics that impact our internal and external stakeholders.

- Responsible for driving alignment across WW stakeholder teams to work towards metric improvements through joint projects and goals.

- Responsible for working with tech partners to deploy new features across WW Hub Delivery.

About the team

The Hub program is part of Amazon's fast growing and always evolving rural and urban delivery program. We partner with customer obsessed small business owners who then deliver to Amazon customers. Our partners raise the bar for the delivery experience, in some of the most complex last mile scenarios! Today, we are building the Hub network in UAE, Egypt, Japan, Mexico, Spain and the US, while planning for global reach!

Skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience in program or project management

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

- 4+ years experience in program management

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- Experience with planning, creating standard work, performance metrics, and process improvement


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- PMP certificate

- Ability to exercise influence without direct authority

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
