Our client runs rehab centers in the UAE and KSA, offering specialized care for short-term rehab and long-term treatment of chronic illnesses or injuries.


The UAE facilities, Al Ain and Abu Dhabi, are set up in large villa complexes, modified to provide specialized hospital care with dedicated rehabilitation, pharmacy and supporting services serving patients and their families, spacious gardens, and recreational outdoor space.

This role works with special needs children on improving their overall life and happiness.


  • Providing direct client care in one-on-one and group settings;
  • Following the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols;
  • Collecting and recording data based on client behavior;
  • Communicating with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress;
  • Assisting behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts with behavior reduction assessments and skills acquisition;
  • Assisting behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts in the preparation of client materials.

You are a passionate healthcare professional skilled in working with special needs children and institutes. You have a friendly and approachable personality and excellent interpersonal skills to build a relationship with both your patients and their parents/caregivers.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in English;Empathic personality to build connections with patients and their families;
  • Time and task management skills;
  • Pro-active attitude;

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Diploma in related psycho-analysis field;
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience post qualification;DOH license (or eligibility letter) is required;
