MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To define, drive and manage the IT people sourcing strategies to ensure the availability of required skills and numbers while optimizing resource costs, as well as to oversee the development of IT skills in alignment with evolving business and IT skill requirements.  


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Formulates plans and expenditure budgets to plan, manage, and implement a resourcing strategy aligned with both short and long-term requirements for projects, application support, and enhancements, ensuring the maintenance of strong collaborative working relationships with Senior IT Managers.
  • Conducts a benchmark analysis of current practices against industry standards, and establish, and strive for continuous improvement in all resource allocation and training processes.
  • Develops and manages training and hiring plans to manage the gap between the required skills and those that are immediately available.
  • Facilitates the arrangement of appropriate generic development plans and establishes the training strategy in collaboration with HR Business Partners and L&D Department.
  • Sponsors new initiatives to enhance the skills of IT Project Managers, Architects and Software Engineers.
  • Oversees the acquisition of new contract resources, as well as of permanent employees, for the Project Management (PM), and Software Engineering (SE) pools.
  • Ensures efficient and cost-effective management of contract resources.

Qualifications


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED


Minimum Education Level 

·       Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years)

Education Specific Requirement (if applicable) 

·       Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Certifications (if applicable)          

·       PMP or Prince II; SaFe Agile

Languages   

·       Fluent in English


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


Years with Qualifications   

·       8

Professional Experience   

·       Experience in the project accounting and line management responsibility of 500+ staff, ideally within a resource management environment.

·       Major account management experience gained in both multinational and multicultural environments would be an added benefit.

Systems Knowledge (if applicable)         

·       Industry standard development methodologies

ISR REQUIREMENTS

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
