The successful candidate will be responsible for creating the hotels social media strategies in order to increase brand awareness and customer engagement over each of the hotels exisiting social media channels. Must be able to analyze the long term needs of the properties social media strategy whilst sharing monthly reports to support findings and suggest areas of improvements.

We are looking for an energetic talented individual to join our team whose creativity will result in creating captivating content for social all of the properties social media channels. 

The chosen candidate must have exceeding organisations skills a high level of creativity and out of the box thinking in order to prepare exciting content calendars with engaging content.

 Duties and responsibilities

·         Develop creative and engaging social media strategies for each of our pages including static posts, Reels, Stories

·         Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels

·         Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr.

·         Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms

·         Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisations and brand

·         Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms

·         Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

·         Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights

·         Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity

·         Analyze competitor activity

·         Recommend improvements to increase performance

·         Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement

What are we looking for?

·         3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

·         Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

·         Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

·         Good understanding of social media KPIs

·         Excellent multitasking skills

·         Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

·         Team player

·         Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

·         Good time-management skills
