To develop and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance the organization's IT capabilities and support its overall business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes strategic partnerships by assessing potential partners and collaborators, based on their alignment with the organization's strategic goals, technical capabilities, and reputation. 
  • Collaborates closely with senior management and business units to understand the organization's strategic objectives and IT requirements, ensuring alignment of partnership initiatives with the overall business strategy and IT roadmap, while consistently evaluating the impact of partnerships on achieving strategic goals.
  • Establishes and expands the organizational network thorough targeted outreach and strong project planning. 
  • Liaises with partners to address issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
  • Negotiates partnership agreements, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization. 
  • Monitors and manage ongoing partnerships to ensure compliance with agreements and deliverables.
  • Promotes technology awareness within the organization by serving as a technology evangelist, collaborating with technology partners, and organizing tech-talks and road shows.
  • Fosters strong relationships with partner organizations, vendors, and third-party service providers. 
  • Serves as the main point of contact for partners and manages communication and collaboration effectively.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of partners and vendors and provides recommendations for improvements or changes.
  • Identifies and addresses potential risks associated with partnerships, including security, compliance, and financial risks, while also formulating contingency plans to manage unforeseen challenges or disruptions.
  • Stays abreast with the latest technology trends, innovations, and best practices relevant to the airline industry.
  • Provides technical expertise and guidance to ensure that partnerships result in effective and innovative IT solutions

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
  • Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Experience Specific Requirements

  • Experience on developing strategic partnerships and collaboration with universities, technology partners and service providers
  • Proven experience of working Digital Transformation initiatives
  • Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) – 8

ISR Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
