Description
Help put together the GTM Plan for Pharmacy Retail, recruit, train, lead the team of field executives, build the Distributor network.Define, plan, and drive all partner sales activities in the Middle East, training and support in boosting the growth of our products, in close collaboration with our team in India.Collaborating with Marketing and Sales and executing those activities that require partner participation.Implementing the planned marketing and communication, promotion, and training activities.Implementing and developing the joint partner business plans, with regular follow-up and reporting progress against partner strategy, performance plans, and budgets.Work with the Founders in developing partner strategy, key initiatives, and business plans, and help harmonize the market sales and marketing plans, achieving monthly/quarterly/annual targets as set out by the business.Identifying and evaluating potential partners and targets together with the Sales team/founders.Recruiting, onboarding, and training of partners. Build strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers, and other decision-makers.


Profile
Strong network within the Pharmacy Channel (OTC brands).5+ Years of Experience with Channel Sales, Partner Success, Business Development, or a similar role.Strong communication skills.Ability to work independentlyCan adapt to the fast-paced startup environment
