JOB PURPOSE:

Facilitate and enhance overall performance of Gas in Building (GIB) Projects Teams through interface, coordination and management of resources so that the projects are executed professionally, diligently, effectively and to the required quality and HSE standards in a manner ensuring satisfaction with all stakeholders.

Manage, Direct, Plan, all activities of gas networks, gas in building (GIB) projects teams during the projects cycles till completion and handing over for Operations. Ensure that the project management teams have the necessary resources, support, and guidance to deliver projects which meet Company and Shareholders expectations

Ensure that effective mechanisms and resources are in place for the monitoring of projects progress, and provide management directives and guidance towards achieving set objectives.

Serve as the principal point of contact for the Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineer on key issues related to Projects, and is responsible for ensuring that project HSE, quality, budget and schedule objectives are met.

Liaison with New Developers, Private Gas Consultant and Private Gas Contractors and provide the necessary technical support to construct, build , review of commissioning submissions, plan the site inspection and issue the Final Commissioning NOCs for their Natural Gas Distribution Networks, LPG/SNG/NG/CNG/LCNG  Farms/Plants and LPG/SNG/NG Installation Pipe-works within residential, commercial and Industrial customer premises. 

Skills

Minimum Experience / Knowledge & Skills

• 10 years of experience in the gas in building engineering, installations and commissioning for residential, commercial and industrial customers; including 3 years in Projects management in a lead/supervisory role with Good oral and written communication skills.
• PC user, with experience in MS Office applications.
• Good in English/Arabic languages written and spoken.
• Valid UAE Driving License
