Job Title: Real Estate Admin


Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Admin/Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage various property portals and contracts effectively.


Responsibilities:


- Handle property listings and updates on various property online platforms. 

- Manage property contracts, including lease agreements and sales contracts (Form A, B and F).

- Assist with administrative tasks such as document filing, scheduling, and client communication.

- Coordinate property showings and viewings.

-Keep up-to-date records of property listings and transactions.

- Provide general administrative support to the real estate team.


Requirements:


- Proven experience in real estate administration.

- Proficiency in using property portals and managing contracts.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is a plus.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
