People Analytics Manager

What you will do

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, retention, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Manage the design, implementation and assembly of the HR Dashboard & People Scorecard for the GDHR and Executives on a periodic basis.
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data models and analytics tools to provide insights that influence HR and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their challenges and objectives, translating business needs into analytical projects.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present complex analytics findings in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary lead in embedding new data governance models and initiatives across the group in partnership with the Data Governance Office (DGO), ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Act as a key value partner to our stakeholders, including the DGO, HR Centres of Excellence (COE's), HR Process Owners, Enterprise IT (EIT), Group Digital, and vendors, ensuring a collaborative approach to achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead change management activities for HR systems and analytics initiatives, facilitating effective communication and training to enhance system adoption and utilization.
  • Support the People Analytics team, ensuring solution designs are data-centric and facilitate seamless reporting and analytics.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in people analytics and introduce innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

What equips you for the role

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a people analytics role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in statistical analysis, data modelling, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and analytics software (e.g., Azure, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL).
  • Knowledge of data privacy and protection laws and regulations.
  • SuccessFactors People Analytics and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
