Sales Executive

  • Manage administrative tasks such as handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Support the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives, including social media management, email marketing, and advertising efforts.
  • Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, sales, or marketing is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
