Senior Specialist - Internal Communications (UAE National)



As the Senior Specialist, Internal Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing a strategic internal communications plan to keep our employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the organisations goals.

In this role you will also contribute to the implementation of a comprehensive internal communications strategy that fosters a positive and productive work environment.

Description
Create engaging content across various channels, including the intranet, email newsletters, and social media platforms.Manage internal communication campaigns and initiatives to drive employee engagement and awareness of key organisational messages.Partner with leadership teams to develop clear and concise communication strategies for major announcements and changes.Analyse data and track the effectiveness of internal communication efforts to ensure continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in internal communications.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a government or public sector organisation.Strong understanding of internal communications principles and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
