  • Carrying out assignments as per supervisor instructions.
  • Maintain and store cleaning materials for guest rooms, and use them according to the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Understand guests' requirements and execute cleaning activities as per their requests and schedules to offer them better comfort.
  • Handle cleaning responsibilities for guest rooms of the premise according to the rules of the hotel/resort and maintain associated guidelines.

Skills

  • Good team working and communication skills.
  • Skilled in the variety of tasks handled by a housekeeper and proven professional work experience to carry out day-to-day duties efficiently.
  • Experienced in executive housekeeping duties to satisfy customers and adhere to the standard quality and hospitality regulations of the premises.
  • Excellent customer service abilities to satisfy guests and ensure their comfort while abiding by standard rules and regulations.
