We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Rental Manager to join our team. As a Car Rental Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our car rental operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of car rental department, including inventory, agreements, and customer service.
- Recruit, train, and supervise rental agents and support staff.
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue, optimize fleet use, and meet sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics like rental volume and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
Skills
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in car rental management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in rental management software is a plus.
